Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services sold through Valley Forge Weaponry LLC.

Non-Refundable Items or Services

All items or services purchased from Valley Forge Weaponry LLC are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by Valley Forge Weaponry LLC. This policy applies but is not limited to:

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

The only exceptions to our No Refund Policy include:

• Defective or Damaged Items: If an item is received defective or damaged, report it within 5 business days of receiving it. In those cases, a replacement may be provided at Valley Forge Weaponry LLC's discretion.
• Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item different from the one ordered, notify Customer Service within 5 business days for a possible exchange.
• Expired Products: If you receive an expired product, report it within 5 business days for potential replacement.
• Legal Requirements: Any other conditions where a refund is required by applicable law will be honored.

At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing Do-Not- Track signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
