Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services sold through Valley Forge Weaponry LLC.
Non-Refundable Items or Services
All items or services purchased from Valley Forge Weaponry LLC are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by Valley Forge Weaponry LLC. This policy applies but is not limited to:
- Gunsmithing Services
- Online Store Products
- Sale Items
Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
The only exceptions to our No Refund Policy include:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If an item is received defective or damaged, report it within 5 business days of receiving it. In those cases, a replacement may be provided at Valley Forge Weaponry LLC's discretion.
- Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item different from the one ordered, notify Customer Service within 5 business days for a possible exchange.
- Expired Products: If you receive an expired product, report it within 5 business days for potential replacement.
- Legal Requirements: Any other conditions where a refund is required by applicable law will be honored.

9. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing Do-Not- Track signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

We have not sold or shared any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months. Categories of third parties that may receive personal information for a business purpose are described in the section above on sharing personal information.
